Villa Harmonia, Torrox
of mountains behind and the coast below. This villa has three bedrooms (one with
an en-suite bathroom) a further family bathroom a modern open plan kitchen and
a comfortable lounge/ dining room. Villa Harmonia is located on Spain's Costa de
Sol, just ten minutes from the beaches and twenty minutes from Malaga airport.
It is an ideal location for families looking for a relaxed country holiday whilst still enjoying all the attractions of the coast, Nerja and Torrox Pueblo.
General.
This area, the Costa Tropical, lies at the eastern end of the Costa-del-Sol.
It is a beautiful area with high mountains and a range of lovely sandy
beaches along the coast. Inland Torrox and the other Axarquian Villages
perch to the steep sides of the mountains, still conserving their farming
way of life. Torrox town itself is half an hours drive east from
Malaga Airport and around one mile inland,with easy access to the autovia
network, making it an good base from which to tour this region with
it's scenic mountains, country parks, old towns and monuments.
Torrox
Pueblo.
Torrox, one of the least developed White Village's or Pueblo's on
the coast, Torrox has all the charm of a
typical Andalusian village It is a place full of atmosphere with
attractive secluded squares cafes, shops and
restaurants. Down at the coast is the modern beach promenade and Torrox
Costa where one can find bars,shops,markets, restaurants and of course
and sandy beaches offering safe swimming. It is this pleasant combination
of the old with the new which makes Torrox such a facinationg place
to stay. For sightseeing there are Roman ruins at the coast and impressive
world famous caves at Nerja. Golfers will find a number of course
within easy reach. Further away the Alhambra Palace at Granada and skiing
in the Sierra Nevada are all possible trips. The climate here at Torrox
(reputed to be the best in Europe) and the colorful
local fiestas make it an allyear destination and so whatever time
you choose to visit us you will find Torrox a rewarding place to stay.
The
Accommodation.
Accommodation is offered in a modern and spacious privatly
owned villa with three double bedrooms, two with two single beds and the other
with a double. It has a large through lounge, with open fireplace for the winter
months and dining room with adjoining kitchen .
The villa is located about one and a half miles outside of the village of Torrox in rural countryside and has tarmac access to the front door. It is a very comfortable villa with private pool, terraces, private parking, etc. All our villas and aprtments are fully prepared before your arrival and bed linens and towels are provided.
