A charming modern town house with nice views in the center of Nerja.   This three
bedroom villa is within walking distance of all Nerja's amenities and the main
Burriana beach.   The house is situated on the small and ever popular area of
villas, apartments and townhouses known as   ' Almijara I '   which is set in a quiet
established neighborhood of Nerja. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants,
bars and and all the shopping that Nerja can offer just a short stroll away. This
private urbanization features a large swimming pool, beautifully tended gardens,
sun terraces, large lawned area, child's pool and a games room.

General.
Nerja on the Costa Tropical, lies at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol. It is a beautiful town with mountains and a series of lovely beaches along the coast. Nerja is without doubt the prettiest of the coastal villages on the south coast of Spain which despite its recent popularity has conserved all of its Andalusian charm and is now a cosmopolitan town which buzzes with life year round. Inland Torrox, Frigiliana, Competa and the other Andalusian 'White Villages' perch precariously to the sides of the Sierras still conserving much of their traditional way of life. Activities
During your stay apart from sunbathing and beaching you will be able to go diving, horse riding, sailing, walking, wine-tasting even skiing between the months of Dec-May. Nerja's reknown Caves are nearby and are open for tours every day of the year. Night life is well catered for with a number of nightclubs, discos and bars open to suit most tastes in the center. In nerja center day coach trips can easily be arranged to visit Malaga, Cordoba, Sevilla and even perhaps Morocco if you should decide to take a rest from driving.

Accommodation
The house has three double bedrooms fitted with 1 double bed, 4 single beds, chests of drawers and integral wardrobes. A travel cot is available, if required, clients need to supply cot linen and all personal towels. Also upstairs there is a fitted bathroom with a bath / shower, basin and toilet. The largest bedroom has a sun terrace. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac just off one of Nerja's main streets and has drive-in parking spaces in front. The house has recently been extensively refurbished with new floor tiles, double glazed windows, tiled front patio and bright textiles and soft furnishings.

Downstairs there is a newly refurbished kitchen and shower room, also a large hall and a living room/lounge with an open fire place. The front garden has a patio with a lemon tree (with lemons for use by clients), hibiscus tree, bougainvillea and jasmine. The front terrace upstairs and the patio downstairs benefit from the morning sun. Garden chairs and tables are in the house. The back yard, with a clothes line, receives sun for the rest of the day. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven and two low-line fridges. The gas cylinder is housed in the kitchen and serves the hob and the water-heater for the whole house. The house is well appointed with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, toaster, electric kettle and food mixer. The house is fitted for 6 people with sheets, duvets and covers, pillows and pillow cases, and china, glass, cutlery, cooking implements and furniture. The lounge has a library of novels (mostly for adult reading), playing cards, a radio, some games and an extensive collection of local guide books and maps.
